9. Leonard Fournette, RB (LSU)

Leonard Fournette is a steam train that cannot be stopped with a full head of steam. He may be the most punishing runner to enter the draft since Adrian Peterson came out of Oklahoma. There is a lot of concern about Fournette’s ability to catch the football and be a weapon in the passing game. That doesn’t matter. If you let Fournette be who he is, he will be one of the top play-makers in the NFL.

The 2015 season was a work of art, a masterpiece for Fournette. He powered his way to 1,953 yards and 22 touchdowns. Fournette was given the rock 300 times and he averaged 6.5 yards per carry. He was banged up a bit in the 2016 season, but he was still good for 6.5 yards per attempt. That’s just insane. Fournette is arm tackle proof. Linebackers will have to get low to take him out at his base, something that will be a punishing task.

If the Ravens somehow ended up with Fournette, they would get back to power running. It would look an awful lot like the Jamal Lewis era.
