3. Mike Williams, WR (Clemson)

Mike Williams is the second best receiver in this draft class. Williams has a big frame and he can be an Anquan Boldin like helper for Joe Flacco. Williams has great vertical ability, good speed and solid hands. Flacco loves to throw the jump ball and Williams is the perfect guy to catch them.

Williams had 98 receptions for 1,361 yards and 11 touchdowns in the 2016 season. He is capable of being the number one receiver and he is used to extra attention from the defense. Williams is an exciting player who makes plays that your eyes cannot always believe.

There’s no doubt about it. Williams is a sure thing. If the Ravens draft Williams their offense will instantly change for the better.
