3. Mike Wallace

The Ravens signed Mike Wallace last year to help a beleaguered group at the wide receiver position. Steve Smith was the go to guy, but Wallace was arguably the Ravens best receiver last season. The Ravens didn’t have a ton on the line when they signed Wallace. They signed him to a pretty affordable two year deal, that really could have been a one year deal. Wallace was still fast, but there were doubts about how productive he could be. The 30 year old wide receiver had his first 1,000 yard season since 2011 when he was with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
