Week 1 at Cincinnati Bengals

The Ravens need to make a statement by starting the season off with a win against a bitter division rival. The Cincinnati Bengals have been a thorn in the Ravens side for the past few seasons after winning five of their last six contests. The Ravens will aim to end this insufficiency with a rebuffed secondary to limit A.J. Green, whom the Ravens have had problems covering for years. In the last three seasons, Green has scored 4 TDs against the Ravens.

The last time the two teams kicked off the season together was in Week 1 in 2014 where the Bengals held on to a 23-16 win. In the highly competitive AFC North, the Ravens must take control early to ensure their greatest chances of winning the division.
