The Battle for the AFC North didn’t get easier after the 2017 NFL Draft. Every team got better. There are new play-makers in the NFL’s toughest division:

The 2017 NFL Draft is in the books and we begin our grades with the purple and black.

The Baltimore Ravens did a lot of good things in this draft. They got three good players for the front seven. Adding Marlon Humphrey adds to an already stacked secondary. The Ravens also helped the offensive line with the addition of Nico Siragusa. The biggest problem with the Ravens draft is that they ignored need. They took five defensive players, including their first four picks. The Ravens defense was a top 10 unit last year. While it got dramatically better this weekend, the Ravens offense did not. Baltimore has very little proven talent at the play-making positions. The Ravens didn’t do a lot of reaching in this draft, which is good. The problem is that the Ravens didn’t zero in on need. They got good players at good values. The Ravens draft was disciplined but maybe it was a little too disciplined/.. General Manager . Ozzie Newsome. BALTIMORE RAVENS. B -
