Tim White, WR-KR, Arizona State

At only 5’11”, White is not going to be a possesion receiver, but he could be an option as a slot receiver. For a little man, he sure is explosive. He recorded a 4.49 40-yard-dash time and a 38.5 inch vertical. White doesn’t necessarily fit the mold the Ravens are desperate for at the moment, but more competition never hurts. If he performs well and makes the roster, I could see him a complementary guy to Michael Campanaro in the slot.

Along with playing at receiver, White is dangerous in the return game. Since the departure of Jacoby Jones, the Ravens have not had a consistent kick returner. They tried the Devin Hester experience last year but it did not work out. Not having a good return game put the Raven’s offense in bad field position during games. It is more important than people realize.
