Brian Billick Region Round 2:

  • 1. Ray Lewis Vs. 9. Matt Birk
  • 5. Todd Heap Vs. 4. Jamal Lewis
  • 6. Justin Tucker Vs. 3. Ray Rice
  • 10. Tony Siragusa Vs. 2. Joe Flacco

There are two contests in this region that are really exciting. Todd Heap vs. Jamal Lewis squares off two of the most important players in Ravens history. Heap of course was the tough tight end, who gave everything he had to the team. Lewis was the bruising running back who had a 2,000 yards rushing 2003 season.

The other match-up that is especially intriguing is Justin Tucker vs. Ray Rice. Remember this is determined by the vote of each member of the Ebony Bird team. It will be interesting to see if Rice’s great career or his horrible incident ways heavier in the eyes of the writers. Even if the votes get tallied for purely football reasons it’s a toss up. Justin Tucker is possibly the best kicker in the history of the league and he is incredibly popular.
