The Baltimore Ravens could have a shot at signing veteran free agent wide receiver Jeremy Maclin.
Could this be it? Could this be the wide receiver that the Ravens have been longing for this offseaon? It looks like they could have a real shot at signing Jeremy Maclin. According Adam Schefter, Maclin is planning on visiting the Ravens tomorrow.
Former Chiefs' WR Jeremy Maclin is scheduled to visit Buffalo today, with plans being made to visit Baltimore on Wednesday, per source.

This would be a huge signing for the Ravens. After failing to bring in a wide receiver in free agency or the draft, Maclin is the golden opportunity. Joining the Ravens would make too much sense, given the need at wide receiver. He immediately comes in and becomes a threat. Pairing him with the speed of Breshad Perriman and Mike Wallace could be deadly.
However, it’s not going to be easy. Maclin is visiting the Bills today and could very well leave with a deal. It’s been reported that Tyrod Taylor and LeSean McCoy are recruiting him hard. The Bills also have a lot more cap space and money to offer than the Ravens.

If Maclin can end today without a deal, the possibility of joining the Ravens could be very good. The Ravens have a real shot at being contenders this season, especially with the new additions to the defense.
