Here are the headlines as the Baltimore Ravens finished up mandatory minicamp this week

Today marked the final day of mandatory minicamp for the Baltimore Ravens.

The three day camp was not long, but it was a chance for more players to get back on the field. The Ravens will now break for about a month until training camp starts up. It’s going to be a dry period of football news, but there are plenty of headlines to watch right now.

Dennis Pitta is around/no retirement yet

After suffering another major hip injury, Dennis Pitta was back in the building. Pitta was released by the team last week but showed up yesterday and today to hang out.

He took time to speak to the media today.

Pitta has not officially said he is retiring, but it’s assumed he won’t play another down in the NFL again. He was brave enough to come back last season and led all tight ends in receptions. There were big expectations this season, but now it’s important for him to focus on his future rather than football.
