Maxx Williams still recovering
The Ravens drafted Maxx Williams with high expectations, but he’s struggled to kickstart his career.
Williams has dealt with a number of injuries, including surgery this offseason. John Harbaugh described the surgery as one that no NFL player has ever had before. That’s kind of scary to hear, but it seems like he is making a good recovery.

There’s no doubt the potential is there for Williams, it’s just about getting back on to the field. With Pitta out, the Ravens are in desperate need for depth at tight end. It is one of their most uncertain positions going into this season.
