With training camp less than a month away, I predict the 53-man roster for the Baltimore Ravens this season.

Here we are, 27 days away from when the veterans report to camp for the Baltimore Ravens. It signals the start of training camp, which is one step closer to the start of the regular season.

With this dry period it’s the perfect time to make an early prediction on the 53-man roster.

Right now the Ravens are carrying a 90-man roster. This consists of veterans all the way to undrafted free agents. As training camp starts up, coaches and front office personnel will be begin to evaluate the talent on the roster. Once the regular season starts, a team can only carry 53 players on the roster. Because of this, cuts need to be made.

Before this season, teams would have to cut their rosters down to 75 players before the final preseason game. A new rule allows teams to carry 90 players into the final preseason game and make cuts after.

The Ravens still have starting positions up for grabs and nothing is guaranteed right now. Players can get beat out, injuries can happen, you name it.

There’s a lot of football left to be played, but here are my early predictions of the starting roster.
