Anquan Boldin beats his old team:

Anquan Boldin is one of the best players in Ravens history. He is also one of the top targets in the history of the Arizona Cardinals. The Baltimore Ravens made a historic comeback against Boldin’s old team. The Cardinals were up 24-3 and the Baltimore crowd wasn’t happy. Things changed when Joe Flacco found his favorite receiver for some magic.

Boldin sparked a comeback with seven catches and 140 yards. Why the Cardinals thought leaving a cornerback on an island against Boldin was a good idea, that’s beyond me. Boldin made some beautiful grabs, including a one handed catch by the sideline. Flacco just threw it up there and Boldin caught back shoulder pass after back shoulder pass.

Boldin averaged over 20 yards per reception in the contest. His longest reception was 37 yards. It must have felt good for Boldin. Not only did he beat the team that traded him. He sparked the comeback. Boldin had a lot of good games. His run in the 2012 playoff run was remarkable. This may be the best moment he ever had as a Raven. It’s a tough call, which is a compliment to his greatness.
