The Ravens’ offense showed some signs of life against the Miami Dolphins, while the defense was once again dominant in the 31-7 beatdown win.

While we know there are veterans like Terrell Suggs and Mike Wallace that will be starting the entire season, there are plenty of opportunities for younger players to come in, produce well and make a name for themselves.

Guys like Michael Pierce and Zach Orr are just a few examples of how even undrafted players can end up playing major snaps for the Ravens in the regular season. Their performance in live preseason action was a major reason why they ended up making the 53 man roster.

As former Ravens receiver Steve Smith Sr. says, the way you catch on with a team is to make “a play a day.”
