Ravens report card: Grading performance against Browns

The Defensive Line:

B. The Browns rushed for too many yards and the Ravens didn’t generate enough pass rush when they didn’t blitz. The Browns totaled just under 100 rushing yards for the game. When you have powerful defensive linemen like the Ravens, this is too much. The defensive line needs to work on being more gap sound and winning the battle more consistently on the line of scrimmage. It was overall a good performance, but there are things to nitpick. Michael Pierce continued to be one of the most dominant forces the Ravens defense has. This may have been the best game for Carl Davis. There were plenty of positives in this performance. The Ravens defense was dominant and that starts up front. The Ravens defensive line did a good job but I think they can do more.. Positions. Ravens. DEFENSIVE LINE
