How the team responds after this could determine the outcome for the rest of this season.

An uninspired football team is a bad football team. John Harbaugh’s players are in danger of losing hope after several embarrassing performances this year. He has to rally the troops more than ever right now. The Ravens should be pissed off after how they lost today. They can turn this into motivation and ride that to several more wins and make the playoffs. Or they could let this defeat their morale and continue to lose ugly games.

On the other side, they could let this defeat their morale and continue to lose ugly games. I have no idea what type of team the Ravens are this year. They could still be a 10 win team, or they could only win 7 games. Nobody knows which version of this team will show up on game day anymore. This is the most inconsistent Ravens team I have seen in a while.

The truth is that they are still very much in the thick of things in the AFC North. The Pittsburgh Steelers only have one more win than the Ravens and are just as inconsistent. Teams all around the league seem to be struggling. There are no clear-cut dominant teams. Even the mighty Patriots have struggled so far. The Ravens must fix some things, and quick if they want to stay relevant in the AFC though. The Steelers won’t hesitate to run away with this division.
