The Baltimore Ravens face the Green Bay Packers in a rarely winnable game at Lambeau Field:

  • The Baltimore Ravens have never beaten the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau field.
  • The Ravens are expected to be without left tackle Ronnie Stanley.
  • Despite missing their best offensive linemen the Ravens are the healthier team. Aaron Rodgers is out for the season. The Packers right tackle and top two running backs are out for this game.

  • Continuing that point, we have to look at the lack of deep passing for the Ravens. Flacco is known as a deep ball passer but he has only 3 passes completed over 40 yards. 2 of those passes came in the same game against the Oakland Raiders.

Things to remember:

  • The Packers secondary is struggling this season. With Woodhead returning and the Ravens healthier than they have been all season, this could be a get right game for the offense.
  • Danny Woodhead has been activated and he hopes to be the missing link to the offense.
  • The Packers have a bad offensive line and Bryan Bulaga (their right tackle) is out for this game. The Ravens should be able to dominate up front when the defense is on the field.
  • When the Ravens have the ball Nick Perry is the biggest play-maker they have to worry about. The Packers linebacker has seven sacks this season.
  • The Ravens have the better running game. The Ravens rushing attack ranks ninth in yards per game. The Packers offense ranks 18th in rushing yards per game. With Aaron Jones and Ty Montgomery out don’t expect the Packers running game to give Baltimore trouble.
