4. Chris Moore:

Was it always pretty for Chris Moore in 2017? No. However, Moore took really big strides. His kick return and touchdown in the season finale was incredible. It’s hard to blame him for the interception, Flacco threw it way behind him.

Moore came into the season as a special teams stud. He left the season a budding complementary target. Moore was a dreadful receiver to watch at first. Now he is doing much better. 18 grabs for 248 yards and three touchdowns may not seem like a big deal, however for Moore it is.

Moore still needs to work on his craft. He needs to get softer hands and do better catching in traffic. He is still a very raw player. For a fourth round pick who plays great on special teams, that is quite okay.
