Round three, pick 80- Anthony Miller, Wide receiver, Memphis.

It’s what Raven fans everywhere have waited for, a big play wide receiver. When the Memphis Tigers needed a big play this season, Anthony Miller was there. A player that can be Joe Flacco’s Swiss army knife. A receiver that’s exceptional at creating separation between him and DBs, he can be a threat at the slot and taking the top off of defenses. A lot of people only see him as a slot guy in the NFL. But, I disagree, a player like Anthony Miller could be utilized for far more than the slot.

Anthony Miller like Sony Michel could fall into The Ravens laps due to so much talent at his position. Guys like Calvin Ridley, Courtland Sutton and Christian Kirk will all be first round picks due to their size. Which is something GMs and scouts put a little too much into. Odell Beckham Jr and Antonio Brown are both under six foot. A guy like Miller falling into day two of the draft, after the production he’s had the last two seasons is absurd.

Over the last two seasons Millers has accumulated 191 receptions, 2,896 yards and 32 touchdowns. He’s been quite the production machine for Riley Ferguson and The Tigers. His productivity over the past two seasons can’t get overlooked. If available at this spot, Ozzie Newsome would be crazy to not write his name on the card. Joe Flacco would most certainly be thrilled having Miller in Purple and Black.
