BALTIMORE – DECEMBER 04: Quarterback Kyle Boller /

1. Kyle Boller:

Career stats with Baltimore: 56.7% completion, 7,846-yards, 45 touchdowns, 44 interceptions

Sure, Breshad Perriman has been absolutely pitiful, but quarterback busts outweigh receiver busts. And when it comes to quarterback busts, Kyle Boller takes the top spot on this list, and is one of the biggest quarterback busts since 2000.

Kyle Boller will haunt Ravens fans, and front office members, forever. The 19th overall pick in the 2003 draft, the former Cal quarterback never even remotely lived up to his draft billing. His “career year” came in 2004, which saw Boller post 2,559-yards with 13 touchdowns to 11 interceptions. As for his completion percentage, he posted a whopping 55.6% that season. Former Ravens head coach Brian Billick had this to say recently about Boller during the draft process:

Obviously, this tweet was sent in relation to the Josh Allen debate in the 2018 draft class, but it still stands as remarkably true. Boller completed just 56.7% of his passes with Baltimore and found himself out of the league by 2011.

Boller is the definition of a draft bust. Nothing about Boller’s career, nothing, inspired any confidence in Ravens fans. He was dead in the water before he took his first snap with Baltimore and is without a doubt the biggest overall draft bust in the Ravens franchise history, let alone offensively.
