Round Seven- Tegray Scales, LB, Indiana

Taking Scales here is truly taking best player available while also addressing a need. Even though the Ravens took a linebacker earlier in the draft, it would be smart to take someone like Scales who has shown flashes of potential but just needs to develop. This pick gives you someone who can play in special teams while also relieving the Mosley and Vander Esch on third down. Scales struggles to beat bigger linemen but should get stronger in a NFL weight room.
