This is the best receiver in the draft, getting taken by Jon Gruden’s Raiders. You just know that’s going to turn out well. Sutton is a big target and a catching machine. He is easily the top wide receiver in this draft class. I keep telling people Sutton is going to go higher than many people think. Sutton is going to be an unstoppable play-maker in the NFL.. WR. SMU. Courtland Sutton. 10. player. 28
LB. Georgia. Roquan Smith. 11. player. 59. Two picks later, the second linebacker comes off the board. While he’s a tad bit undersized compared to Tremaine Edmunds, Roquan Smith makes up for it with his motor. He can flat out play in the middle of the box and possesses underrated coverage skills. The addition of Smith along with Raekwon McMillan and Kiko Alonso makes for a solid trio on Matt Burke’s defense.
Baker Mayfield. 12. player. 16. The Bills had to move to 12 to even have a chance at a quarterback and it worked out. There isn’t much to think about with this pick. It is completely obvious what will happen if Mayfield is on the board with the 12th pick. Mayfield is a gamer, he gets up for the big moments. The Bills may have finally drafted their next great quarterback. Mayfield clearly has the competitive fire that Jim Kelly was known for.. QB. OU
