52. Thought the defense couldn’t get better in Jacksonville? Well, think again. Paul Posluszny’s retirement has opened up a hole at Mike linebacker and in comes Rashaan Evans. One of the unheralded leaders of Alabama’s defense joins Myles Jack and Telvin Smith on the Jaguars. Not too shabby whatsoever.. LB. Alabama. Rashaan Evans. 29. player

UCF. Mike Hughes. 30. player. 60. Mike Huges has all the things that you look for in a lock down corner. He reminds me of Jimmy Smith. He’s a big cornerback who has the traits to dominate in the next level. Hughes is a perfect fit for the Vikings who obviously need to improve the back end of their defense after Nick Foles tore them apart.. CB

UCLA. Kolton Miller. 31. player. 47. La’Adrian Waddle is a decent stopgap for now but the Patriots have to find their long-term replacement for Nate Solder. Kolton Miller is a smart pick towards the end of the first round and is arguably better than McGlinchey or Williams. Protecting Tom Brady in his final years is the number one priority and the Patriots have to act like it.. OT

OLB. UTSA. Marcus Davenport. 32. player. 54. The Eagles have a lot of things going for them, they are the Super Bowl champs after all. This is a team poised for another playoff run, so they can really draft whatever they want. Marcus Davenport is a freak athlete that could end up being unstoppable in the NFL. This is a top 25 prospect at the end of the first round. It’s an easy pick.
