Calvin Ridley WR, Alabama

I’ll be honest. I almost put Courtland Sutton here, but the Alabama ties are just too strong. Ridley has been the general consensus for who the Ravens will take at #16 for months now, and for good reason. He’s an Alabama guy, and we know Ozzie loves his Crimson Tide players. He’s viewed by many as the top receiver in this draft, and even after having an underwhelming combine performance, he still carries an expectation that he can come in and be a starting wide receiver for a team that is needy at the position.

Dallas Goedert TE, South Dakota State

This guy has “the next Travis Kelce” written all over him. He’s a big-bodied tight end with a lot of athleticism. Some might consider taking Goedert at #16 a reach, but the upside he carries has the potential to pay off immediately. Joe Flacco loves to target his tight ends. Ben Watson has signed with the Saints this offseason, and the Ravens need to replace his team-leading reception totals with a much younger, more athletic tight end like Goedert.
