The Baltimore Ravens are officially back in the building as Phase One of a nine-week voluntary offseason workout program began today.
Guess who’s back, back again?
It’s already been a busy offseason for the Baltimore Ravens but the grind starts today.

As noted by the NFL, this marks the start of a nine-week voluntary offseason program. The first two weeks consist of Phase One, where players solely participate in weight training and conditioning workouts. Phase Two and Phase Three will transition into on-field workouts and organized team activities, better known as OTAs.
Workouts are voluntary, which means players aren’t required to show up. However, that didn’t stop many of the Ravens’ top players from showing up to the Castle to begin their workout regimens.
Joe Flacco, Alex Collins and newly signed wide receiver Michael Crabtree were among the notable players present today. After missing most of the offseason with a back injury, Flacco looked unaffected by any of the workouts.
With a completely revamped wide receiver core this offseason, it’s crucial No. 5 stays healthy to develop chemistry with his new targets. That’s something the two sides fell behind on last season because of Flacco’s injury.

It truly looks like Flacco is 100% healthy, something we couldn’t have said one year ago.
From here on out, the offseason will begin to ramp up. The NFL draft is just 10 days away while mandatory minicamp, training camp and the preseason are right around the corner.
