player. 47. Believe me when I tell you that the NFL will be sorry if Lorenzo Carter goes to the Patriots. That is because Carter is the best outside linebacker that nobody seems to be talking about. He is clearly a first round talent. He’s lanky, explosive and strong. The Patriots have to get back to being a dominant team on the defensive side of the football. Carter could be the missing piece to the puzzle on their defense. Carter is underrated and that is shocking. His upside is everything and possibly more than that of Harold Landry.
