2. The OLB position looks stacked:

Outside linebacker looks like a position the Ravens have a real handle on. Terrell Suggs is the future Hall of Famer coming off a great season, while Judon is a rising star. Tim Williams is finally starting to show the burst and power off the edge that got everyone so excited to watch him last year. Za’Darius Smith is an established threat off the edge and a big year from the former Kentucky Wildcat isn’t out of the question. Tyus Bowser is going into his second season and he has a lot of talent. On top of this Kamalei Correa is showing signs of life, now that he is taking snaps as an outside linebacker.

The Ravens were excited about the outside linebacker spot last year, but the payoff may come in 2018. With a year under their belts, Williams and Bowser could be more prepared to make plays. Judon has a chance to take a step up in his career and become a true superstar. The Ravens have a crowd at the position, but that could be a good thing. If the players behind Suggs and Judon can produce at a higher level, it could keep the Ravens’ top guys fresh through the season. This would be especially important for Suggs who is on the back-end of his career.

The Ravens certainly have a lot of names at this position. They had a lot of names last year; but this year it will lead to more production. The Ravens pass rush is only going to get better with a more aggressive approach from Don Martindale. The outside linebackers will have a chance to eat, and it could be a sight to see.
