Baltimore Ravens: 5 best players that didn’t make the team

1. Kai Nacua
When Stanley Jean-Baptiste and DeShon Elliott went down, it seemed to open the door for Kai Nacua, to make the 53 man roster. That didn’t happen. Nacua had an interception which he returned for a touchdown in the preseason finale. He also had 12 solo tackles and a forced fumble in the five August games.
Nacua proved to be a play-maker with good speed, good instincts and a surplus of toughness. In a very deep and talented secondary he stood out. Nacua had a fantastic preseason run, it just wasn’t enough to get him on the team for the opener against the Buffalo Bills. The Ravens safety group is amazing. Behind Eric Weddle and Tony Jefferson you have Anthony Levine and Chuck Clark.
