John Brown had five receptions including a deep shot down the field. Willie Snead had three receptions. The Ravens offense had an answer for everything and the wide receivers were a huge part of that. When the Ravens have a big third down, they have three really strong options in the receiving group. Maxx Williams, Nick Boyle. Mark Andrews. TIGHT ENDS. A. The Ravens tight ends were very productive in this game. Nick Boyle got close to a touchdown with a great effort near the goal line on his only reception. Maxx Williams had one grab for five yards. It was Mark Andrews who proved to be the weapon of the group. Andrews had two receptions and he made them count. One was for 30 yards, the other was for 29. Both of Andrews receptions set the Ravens up for touchdowns a few plays later. Andrews had another great game and he’s showing that he was well worth a third round pick. The tight ends made a real contribution in terms of blocking, that doesn’t show up on the stat sheet.
