2. A chance to put the Steelers in a bad spot:

The Ravens have a chance to get the Steelers in a bad situation. If the Ravens win the Steelers will finish the first quarter of the season with a 1-2-1 record. If the Ravens win, Baltimore will look like a legitimate threat to win the AFC North and will have a boastful 3-1 mark. If the Steelers lose this game they will be looking way up to the Ravens and possibly the Bengals in the standings. This would be a nightmare for a Steelers team that is desperate to prove that they got the train back on the tracks.

1-2-1 with all the drama that Pittsburgh has faced this season would be an almost impossible pit to climb out (see what I did there). The Ravens have a position to put the Steelers in the same kind of hurt they faced on Christmas in 2016. That’s because if the Steelers lose this game, their chance of a playoff berth becomes much more slim. This is the kind of loss that could propel the problems in Pittsburgh to eat the yellow and black’s season.
