The Good:

After a first half that was frustrating as all get out, Ravens fans were revealed to see that their team was in the game. John Harbaugh’s Ravens had a lot of problems in the first half but at halftime they were down 14-6. There were some positives in the first 30 minutes of football. The Ravens had a couple good drives, and some nice offensive plays. Mark Andrews shined the brightest on the offensive side of the football. Chris Moore went up and got a ball up in the air, for what may have been the most beautiful 30 yards the Ravens picked up all day. The problem was that they ended up with two field goals.

Late in the third quarter, with the Steelers up 20-6, the Ravens responded with a long touchdown drive. Thanks to a Chris Boswell missed PAT, the Ravens score made it a seven point game. Andrews drew a pass interference penalty in the end zone and Alex Collins knocked it in for the touchdown. All of the sudden we had a game and the defense came through with a stop. Yeah, the good kind of ran out after that. The Ravens made it 23-16. The final score looked better than it actually was.

The Ravens gave their fans a lot to complain about in this game. This was a judgement day heavy kind of game and the team didn’t step up to challenge. Here is the bad and the ugly.
