If the Baltimore Ravens plan to compete in 2019, they need to come up with a successful offensive game-plan, and we have blueprint for this unit:

Headed into 2019, this Baltimore Ravens squad will look unlike any other we’ve seen before. A lot of turnover occurred this off-season, particularly during Free Agency. The Ravens are accustomed to losing players every year in Free Agency, but this year’s period was brutal. Baltimore watched future Hall of Famer Terrell Suggs leave for his home-state of Arizona, while perennial Pro Bowler C.J. Mosley took a fat deal with the New York Jets.

Even offensively the team lost two of its top three receivers from 2018 (in terms of total yards) leave via Free Agency (John Brown) and roster cuts (Michael Crabtree). This kind of turnover is hard for any team to overcome, and it’ll certainly be an interesting story line to see how the Ravens attempt to overcome this drastic amount of change.

For the Baltimore Ravens to have any success in 2019, they’ll need a lot of players formerly in part-time roles to step up into larger positions. The defense will be hit the hardest, but the offense will also need to step it up. In fact, the Ravens offense in 2019 will be the biggest catalyst for whether or not the team has success in this upcoming season.

You read that right. For, perhaps, the first time ever in franchise history the success of the Baltimore Ravens upcoming season will be placed firmly in the hands of the offensive unit. Isn’t that a scary thought…

Maybe not, actually. Truth be told, there are quite a few reasons to be excited about this year’s edition of offense. Between what’s already in place and what can be added via the 2019 NFL Draft, Baltimore could see a significant improvement from their offense. In order for this to come to fruition, there are quite a few tasks that need to be improved upon and completed. That’s exactly what we’re going to take a look at here.

Without further ado, it’s time to take a look at what the Baltimore Ravens need to do with their offense in 2019 to become a successful unit:
