There’s a lot of buzz surrounding Garrett Bradbury and N’Keal Harry as potential first round targets for the Ravens. Let’s break it down and take a look at which player makes the most sense for them in the first round:

The Case for Garrett Bradbury:

There’s no question the Ravens could use some help in the interior of the offensive line, especially after the brutal outing they had against the Chargers in the Wild Card Playoff game. Insert Garrett Bradbury. Bradbury is currently ranked 5th on CBS Sports 2019 NFL Draft Prospect Rankings for offensive line and would be a fantastic fit for the Ravens.

With the likes of Alex Lewis, Bradley Bozeman, Matt Skura, and James Hurst currently on the roster, Bradbury would represent as a massive upgrade. According to Kyle Crabbs of The Draft Network,

"“Bradbury showcases excellent lateral range as a blocker and will be a scheme specific prospect whose success will be reliant on being put in favorable situations.”"

This fits Greg Roman’s scheme perfectly. An offensive line with (LT) Ronnie Stanley, (LG) Garrett Bradbury, (C) Matt Skura, (RG) Marshal Yanda, and (RT) Orlando Brown would present a formidable line for Roman’s scheme and for Lamar Jackson. Bradbury’s versatility to play either guard or center would give the Ravens options.
