3. Players capable of the big play:

The Ravens have a lot to prove on the offensive side of the football. The Ravens have always been known for toughness and defense. That being said the plan for the Ravens is to become one of the flashiest offenses in football. It’s weird to say this, but the Ravens have a ton of flashy play-makers on their roster. Jackson is dynamic and electric. While unproven, Marquise Brown and Justice Hill give this offense so much speed it feels like a video game. Mark Ingram has always been a player that could make a big impact.

The Ravens have athletes that put defensive coordinators in a tough spot. The natural inclination is to make Jackson prove that he can throw. Stacking the box could prove unwise when the Ravens have speedy receivers and big bodied targets like Mark Andrews, Hayden Hurst and Miles Boykin. Defenses will have to respect the overall speed of the offense, but if they are too careful they will get gashed by the run game. Eric DeCosta built an offense with a dual-threat quarterback with the ability to take what the defense gives them. The Ravens offense has a chance to be exciting, entertaining and the darlings of the NFL Redzone channel. It would be an amazing change of pace.

The Ravens have a lot to prove. They have a young nucleus of talent on offense. The Ravens have a chance to be one of the most balanced teams in the NFL. They had a plan of attack when it came to the offense and Greg Roman has to be heavily involved in the thought process. He could be building something special.
