3. Be the most consistent target in the Ravens passing arsenal:

The third goal is to be the most consistent target. This means that in every game Andrews needs to have three to five important receptions. Andrews goal should be to lead the team in receptions on a week to week basis. Andrews should shoot to be a top tier tight end in the NFL. If he wants to be a Travis Kelce or a Zach Ertz kind of player, he has to prove that he can get open on a regular basis. This goal means no bad games. This means he always has to have a presence in the box score.

The goal of consistency is a goal that will help Andrews achieve all of his goals. Andrews is already a fairly consistent player. He caught a pass in 15 out of 16 regular season games; however in eight games he had less than three receptions. Three receptions needs to become the new minimum for Andrews. That has to be his mindset. He always has to be looking to make the difference on the field. He always has to find a way to make big plays. Andrews has to model Willie Snead’s ability to produce week in and week out. The Ravens need to be able to count on Andrews.

These are goals that Andrews can set his sights on for the 2019 season. The key to a goal is to make it both challenging but quite possible. The bottom line is that the Ravens need Andrews to become one of the top 10 tight ends in the NFL this season. He has the talent. Now he has to go do it.
