2. Ronnie Stanley

Marlon Humphrey may be more talented, but the importance of Ronnie Stanley on the Baltimore Ravens offensive line is too vital to overlook. In fact, what makes Stanley so indispensable is his high-level of play at his left tackle spot.

Stanley continues to improve both as a pass blocker and run blocker, but he is undoubtedly in the upper echelon of both. Too often are critics talking about his draft-mates Larmey Tunsil (whom it is presumed the Ravens would’ve taken if not for his bong scandal) and Jack Conklin. In reality, not only has Stanley grown the most, but he’s perhaps the most impressive of the bunch.

the problem with Ronnie Stanley isn’t even his own fault; it’s simply because he’s so quietly good at what he does that no one acknowledges him. There’s tons of examples of this, especially when it comes to Baltimore! Humphrey gets slept on consistently, but how many times have you heard anyone talk about Ronnie Stanley as a top-10 offensive tackle in the league?

The correct answer, unfortunately, is never. But, while Stanley continues to be slept on nationally, he remains excellent at his job. The city of Baltimore certainly doesn’t overlook Stanley’s important, and he is the second most important building block for the Ravens behind…
