1. Justice Hill

The most exciting player that doesn’t wear number eight, might just be Justice Hill. He’s like a faster version of Ray Rice. He has a chance to become a play-maker and he will shine this preseason. It’s not hard to see why Hill was drafted to play in this offense. He’s a downfield runner who is almost impossible to catch in the open field. At Oklahoma State, Hill averaged 5.6 yards per carry. He put up consistent production at the NCAA level.

Hill is a player who has the time to develop. It’s not like he has to lead the charge in the backfield right away. Mark Ingram and Gus Edwards are the two main running backs until further notice. Justice Hill and Kenneth Dixon will share a lot of the preseason playing time. The Ravens will want to see what they have in Hill. This is his chance to show that his athleticism translates well into the NFL.

Preseason is not the time for established stars. It’s the time for players who need the time on the field to get ready for the season. It’s for the players who have something to prove and those who desperately want a roster spot. All of these players should get plenty of chances to show what they can do in the preseason. All of them could steal the show.
