Baltimore Ravens schedule: Predictions for each game
By Darin McCann
10. Nov. 17, host Houston
I think Houston, with the addition of Tunsil and the retirement of Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, will win the AFC South. The Ravens aren’t in the AFC South, and will win this one at home. 7-3
11. Nov. 25, at L.A. Rams
If the young inside linebackers can chip in good efforts to slow the Rams running game, and the Ravens run game can take advantage of a Suh-less defensive front, the Ravens can win this game. They honestly can. But I’ll take the Rams. 7-4
12. Dec. 1, host San Francisco
The 49ers are coming across country for a 1 p.m. game, which is enough to predict a Ravens win. Let’s not overthink this one, 8-4
13. Dec. 8, @ Buffalo
Buffalo is building something good. I mean, the team. I have no idea what the city is doing, to be honest. But I like what the Bills are doing on both sides of the ball, and think they’re going to take this one at home. 8-5
14. Dec. 12, host N.Y. Jets
The fans get to welcome back another former Pro Bowler in C.J. Mosley, and it’s hard to fault the guy for taking the contract the Jets offered. I’d sign with them right now for half that in cash. The Jets are improving, but they have some serious deficiencies, particularly at corner and on the edge, that holds them back. Ravens win. 9-5
15. Dec. 22, @ Cleveland
This could be a really big game at this time of year, especially in a city that might be going bonkers if the Browns are in contention. They will be in playoff contention. Ravens lose a tough one. 9-6
16. Dec. 29, host Pittsburgh
The Ravens are going to win this game, with 350 total yards from Jackson and a big interception from Marlon Humphrey to lock it up, cementing both players as centerpieces of the team’s future. Obviously, I have no idea what’s going to happen, but I think the Ravens will win and finish
That will win them the AFC North again, topping Cleveland by a tiebreaker.
