1. Lamar Jackson:

He may not be able to top the performance he put up against the Miami Dolphins yet Lamar Jackson should keep shining against the Cardinals. Expect Jackson to pick up two or three more touchdowns through the air in this game. Now that Jackson showed off his arm talent, the Cardinals may play more conservatively on defense. The Dolphins asked for it, Jackson took advantage. This is a good game for Jackson to remind the NFL that he is the best dual threat quarterback in the NFL. Look for more than six rushing yards out of him in this game.

Jackson should come into the first home game with a ton of confidence. Last year he seemed hesitant in the passing game. Now, Jackson is ready to beat teams with his arm. The one thing you want to see from Jackson moving forward is that he can continue to hit the deep pass down the field. With the Ravens ability to run the ball, if he can make defenses pay deep down the field, it’s going to be almost impossible to stop this offense. Look for Jackson to keep attacking the field vertically. Expect more shots down the field to Marquise Brown, Miles Boykin and Mark Andrews.

Jackson should get back to putting a mark on the game with his rushing ability. His numbers are inevitably going to go down a bit as a passer however they should still look rock solid. Jackson has a chance to prove a lot in this game. If he plays like an MVP candidate two weeks in a row, people have to take him seriously. Jackson will win over the skeptics with back to back great games.
