25. Oakland Raiders (via Chicago): Jordan Love, QB, Utah State

The Oakland Raiders, soon to be the Las Vegas Raiders, need to invest in a quarterback who can lead them into a new city with hope of a bright future. Derek Carr likely isn’t that guy, but Utah State’s Jordan Love could be. Love will be someone you either adore or despise as a prospect, similar to Daniel Jones in 2019. Nonetheless, there’s a chance for him to rise in the 2020 NFL Draft and become a top-ten pick. His traits are insane if he can tap into his potential.

26. Dallas Cowboys: Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama

The Dallas Cowboys can’t afford to pay everyone, plain and simple. Right now, cornerback Byron Jones looks to be the odd-man out and will look to get paid elsewhere. Insert Alabama corner Trevon Diggs who has ball-skills and a nasty press mentality. He’ll seamlessly replace what Jones will leave behind.

27. Green Bay Packers: Michael Pittman Jr., WR, USC

Michael Pittman Jr. has dominated college football in 2019, so naturally it makes sense to give him to the Green Bay Packers. Across from Davante Adams, the two would give Aaron Rodgers a fantastic duo at wide receiver to get back to his 40 touchdown days and give Green Bay its mojo back on offense.

28. Buffalo Bills: D’Andre Swift, RB, Georgia

How do you replace LeSean McCoy? You get his clone. Georgia’s D’Andre Swift is as fast as his last-name implies. His receiving skills and explosiveness make him a perfect fit for a Buffalo Bills backfield that needs some youth and proven talent.
