Ravens vs. Seahawks predictions: Ebony Bird round table
The Baltimore Ravens have a tough battle against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. Here is what the Ebony Bird team thinks is going to happen:

I have this wonderfully weird feeling that the Ravens are going to win but logically I see the tough hill they have to climb. This isn’t an easy game, They have to play the 5-1 Seattle Seahawks, in Seattle. The Seahawks home field advantage is real and very well documented. Russell Wilson is one of the best players in the NFL and the way this Baltimore defense has played, it’s hard to be overly confident going against him.
If I have to put money on this, I’m going with Seattle. I think the Ravens are still trying to find themselves and the Seahawks know exactly who they are. My job here is to sift through this match up and give you analysis. The Marcus Peters addition will help but it may or may not have an immediate boost to the defense. The pass rush hasn’t been there for the Ravens and Wilson is amazing. This is a game where the Ravens need to show up from the get go. A bad start could sink them quick. Things have to go right. If this game was in Baltimore it would still be tough.
While I’m picking the Seahawks from an analytical standpoint, I could see the Ravens winning this game. My gut tells me that the Ravens are going to get up for this game and that they might just upset the Seahawks. I think the Peters trade is going to energize this team. Eric DeCosta just showed his players that this team is going for it.
The Ravens know how big of a chance this is. I think they take the lessons they learned from taking a couple lumps earlier this season and they put things together against a contender. My official pick is that the Seahawks will win a close one. My gut is pulling me towards the Ravens though. With my prediction of a Seattle win comes a promise that Baltimore is going to make this interesting. They can win this game and I know it. I’d bet on a Seahawks win but I can see this going either way.
