4. The Ravens are Super Bowl contenders:

The Baltimore Ravens are Super Bowl contenders. They beat a team that many believe to be one of the NFC’s best teams. The Ravens won in Seattle. They didn’t just win by a little bit. The Ravens won 30-16. Baltimore was in charge of this game once Marcus Peters picked off Wilson in the second quarter. There is no bad win but this is a great win. Other than the New England Patriots, the Seahawks are by far the best team on the Ravens’ schedule. What this win means is that there isn’t a team on the Ravens’ schedule that they can’t beat. If the Ravens play their best football, they’re going to win.

Lamar Jackson might just be the rightful MVP of the NFL. He makes the Ravens dangerous because there is no sure fire way to stop him. He can throw for 300 and he can run for over 100. In each and every game both options are on the table and defenses have to pick their poison. Jackson has put on a show and he makes the Ravens offense the most unique one in the entire league. With Jackson being the focal point of the offense and the defense being improved with the Marcus Peters trade, the Ravens are for real.

The Ravens aren’t even at full strength. When the Ravens get Marquise Brown back, their offense will be very glad about it. When the Ravens get Jimmy Smith back, the defense  will have a chance to really find another gear.  We haven’t seen the best shot the Ravens have and they’ve won in Pittsburgh and Seattle. The Ravens can take their show anywhere and come out on top. This is a monumental win. If the Ravens didn’t wow you on Sunday, what else do they have to do? Take this Ravens team seriously.
