Lamar Jackson:

The Baltimore Ravens franchise quarterback has been remarkable all season long, and it didn’t stop when he traveled to perhaps the toughest place to play in the NFL. No, in spite of playing against a fierce Seattle Seahawks team Jackson put on a spectacle and won the game for the Ravens off his legs.

Jackson rushed for over 100-yards for the second-straight week against the Seahawks. Jackson also tallied his third rushing touchdown of the season on a crucial fourth-down conversion late in the game. The touchdown proved to be a vital one, as it was Baltimore’s only offensive touchdown of the game.

While his passing numbers don’t look great, completing just nine of 20 passes, Jackson’s box score was plagued by drops that lowered what should’ve been closer to ~70.0% completion. The rain made it hard for Jackson to play as an efficient passer, but the same can be said of Russell Wilson, who had his worst start of the 2019 season.

But when the game was on the line and Baltimore desperately needed a play, Lamar “Action” Jackson answered the call.

When the game gets too big for most, Lamar Jackson has stepped up. The Ravens only two losses this season came in games where he turned the ball over and the defense couldn’t stop a nose bleed. Other than that, Jackson has played the game safe and dynamic at the same time and has the Baltimore Ravens trending towards another AFC North title and playoff appearance.
