5. Atlanta Falcons: Jeffrey Okudah, CB, Ohio State

Jeffrey Okudah is the next in a line of talented Ohio State defensive backs. Okudah won’t solve the Atlanta Falcons pass-rushing woes, but he’ll make their defensive secondary and elite one.

6. New York Giants: Andrew Thomas, OT, Georgia

The New York Giants need offensive line help, particularly at the tackle spots. Insert Andrew Thomas, who will pave the way for Saquon Barkley to rush for 1,000-yards on an annual basis and prove to be a true franchise level tackle, no matter what side you start him at.

7. Cleveland Browns: Isaiah Simmons, LB, Clemson

Isaiah Simmons is in the mold of Kam Chancellor, and the Cleveland Browns need speed and a tone-setter on defense. With their season not going as planned, it’s a nice consolation prize to land a top-tier talent in the 2020 NFL Draft class.

8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Grant Delpit, S, LSU

Grant Delpit isn’t having the elite season we thought he’d have, but he remains the best safety available in the 2020 NFL Draft. Tampa Bay can’t afford to pass on another elite safety prospect after electing to take Vita Vea over Derwin James in 2018. Delpit is the team’s best defensive back from day one.
