13. Tennessee Titans: Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon

I know it’s not ideal to move on from Marcus Mariota to Justin Herbert, but Herbert may be what the Tennessee Titans envisioned when they invested in the former. Herbert has everything you want in a quarterback prospect and is proving that he has the toughness in his senior season that he previously lacked.

14. Los Angeles Chargers: Jacob Eason, QB, Washington

If the Los Angeles Chargers want to remain competitive, they have to eventually make an investment at the quarterback position. Philip Rivers isn’t getting any younger, and Jacob Eason’s arm-talent is enough to entice any front office executive. He’s far from perfect, but Eason has some big-time upside.

Must Read. Will people ever stop doubting the Baltimore Ravens? Probably not. light

15. Jacksonville Jaguars: C.J. Henderson, CB, Florida

Jeffrey Okudah is the best cornerback in the 2020 NFL Draft class, but Florida’s C.J. Henderson is superb as a cover-man. Henderson will replace the hole Jalen Ramsey left in the Jacksonville Jaguars secondary and mug guys at the LOS.

16. Las Vegas Raiders: Derrick Brown, DL, Auburn

Derrick Brown is mean. That’s all there is to it, and the Las Vegas Raiders will want to continue adding toughness to their defense. The middle of their defensive line will become elite with Brown’s addition.
