17. Miami Dolphins: Henry Ruggs, WR, Alabama

There are few people on the planet faster than Alabama’s Henry Ruggs, and he still plays the receiver positional well. He’s not just speed, Ruggs extends well for the ball and has savvy route-running ability. Miami would love to add him to a lackluster wide receiver group.

18. Philadelphia Eagles: Kristian Davis, CB, LSU

The Philadelphia Eagles need any and all help at the cornerback spot, and Kristian Davis is the guy to fill in that hole. Davis looks better than his former teammate Greedy Williams at times and could be a top-20 selection in the 2020 NFL Draft if he keeps it up for the number two ranked LSU Tigers.

19. Jacksonville Jaguars (via Los Angeles Rams): Tyler Biadasz, C, Wisconsin

With their second first-round selection, the Jacksonville Jaguars continue to beef up their solid offensive line with Tyler Biadasz. Biadasz is an elite center prospect with a knack for the run game; something the Jaguars love to do with Leonard Fournette at the helm.

20. Carolina Panthers: Trey Adams, OT, Washington

If healthy, Trey Adams is a technician as a left tackle prospect. Cam Newton may never play another down as a Carolina Panther thanks to their inability to give him proper protection. The Panthers cannot afford to make the same mistake twice.
