3. The Ravens’ offense will seal the deal

You’re going to be watching this at home and saying “I’ve seen this movie before.” The Ravens will be up a score in the second half, their offense will have a long drive that seals the deal. It’s what they do. It’s what they did against the Patriots. It’s what they did against the Seahawks. It’s how they put away the Bengals the first time and how they secured the victory against the Arizona Cardinals. When the Ravens do something this consistently, you can bet on it happening again and again.

The Ravens just came off their most impressive game of the year and they had two drives over eight minutes in the second half. The Ravens had an epic 18 play drive that chewed up almost nine and a half minutes, in the fourth quarter of the first Bengals game. They already know they can keep the offense on the field for long chunks against this team, they just have to do it again. Having an offense that can basically turn the entire fourth quarter into a four minute offense routine is something that helps in a big way.

Next. Ravens beat the Patriots: The good, bad, ugly. dark

Expect the offense to do what it does. The Ravens will churn out first down after first down against the Bengals when it matters most. I’ll buy a close first half. I’ll buy a more frustrating game than anybody in the Ravens Flock wants to see. The one thing I know is that the Ravens offense can put this game away. All they need is a fourth quarter lead. Again, give me the Ravens 28-17
