7. Giving Baltimore a chance in Kansas City

Jackson was a little bit off against the Chiefs however he gave the Ravens a chance to win. He had 267 yards passing. Jackson had 46 yards and a touchdown on the ground. The Ravens got behind and Jackson and the Ravens got away from their bread and butter. Jackson threw the ball 43 times and completed just over half of his passes. The Ravens defense had an awful performance and things went poorly despite a strong opening drive. The fact that Jackson was able to keep this one in striking distance showed how much of a gamer he is.

8. Big numbers but a big loss to the Browns

If it wasn’t for two interceptions, Jackson would have had a very impressive day against the Browns. He went 24-34 passing for 247 yards and three touchdowns. Jackson also 66 yards on the ground. In a very awful game Jackson was the most exciting player on the field. The Ravens turned the ball over too many times (two Jackson interceptions and a Mark Ingram fumble) and the defense couldn’t stop anything.

9. Finding an ugly win in Pittsburgh:

It doesn’t have to be pretty if you walk away with a win. Jackson proved that to be the case against the Steelers. He had three interceptions in front of the Heinz Field crowd. Jackson had his worst game as a passer. He made a couple of bad decisions that made this game a lot harder than it had to be.

The positive is that Jackson still had a lot to brag about in this game. He had 70 yards rushing and he led the drive that tied up the game before the end of regulation. Jackson always gives the Ravens a chance to win, even in his worst game. Because he can run the football so effectively, he always gives Baltimore something positive. That was proven against Pittsburgh.
