13. Philadelphia Eagles: Grant Delpit, S, LSU

Grant Delpit hasn’t been the superstar he was pegged as prior to the 2019 season, but he’s still really good. While Delpit can’t play cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles, he can give them an enforcer in the secondary and help make the unit feared again.

14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jordan Love, QB, Utah State

Bruce Arians loves big-armed quarterbacks, and Jordan Love has that and some extra athleticism to his game. Love and Jameis Winston aren’t too far off from each other now, but Love can transform into a much better player than Winston can right now.

15. Cleveland Browns: Alex Leatherwood, OT, Alabama

As always, take your favorite offensive tackle and mock him to the Cleveland Browns. In this scenario, the Browns add Alabama’s Alex Leatherwood and get a proven blocker who can open huge holes for Nick Chubb to explode through.

16. Las Vegas Raiders: Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama

Al Davis would be proud of this pick, as the Las Vegas Raiders add one of the fastest men in the world via Henry Ruggs III. Ruggs has legit 4.20 speed and will be a game-breaker similar to AFC West rival Tyreek Hill.
