21. Dallas Cowboys: Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama

The Dallas Cowboys may lose Byron Jones in Free Agency, but the secondary needs an upgrade regardless of whether or not he stays. Trevon Diggs has big-play potential and can give the Cowboys an extra spark in the secondary.

22. Miami Dolphins (via Pittsburgh Steelers): Devonta Smith, WR, Alabama

Devonta Smith is the best Alabama wide receiver statistically, but he’s a legit draft prospect as well. The Miami Dolphins have some potential at wide receiver if the resign DeVante Parker, who’s in the midst of a breakout season, and Preston Williams, but Smith has shown that he can stand out in a crowded receiving room.

23. Minnesota Vikings: Javon Kinlaw, DL, South Carolina

The Minnesota Vikings defensive interior line needs help, and Javon Kinlaw is here to provide his services. Similar to Derrick Brown, Kinlaw is a butt-kicker from the interior and will check off all the boxes you look for in a defensive tackle.

24. Kansas City Chiefs: Laviska Shenault, WR, Colorado

This is the definition of a luxury pick, but the Kansas City Chiefs have few glaring needs on this roster; why not give Patrick Mahomes even more firepower? Laviska Shenault is so unique s a player and can give the Chiefs even more misdirection offensively to break the backs of opposing defenses.
