The Baltimore Ravens have a tough battle with the 9-3 Buffalo Bills. Here are three predictions for the contest in Buffalo:

1. The Ravens will put 30 points on the scoreboard:

The Baltimore Ravens just went up against the number one defense in the NFL in the sloppiest conditions of the season. Baltimore rushed for 178 yards against the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers had the number one defense a defense that gives up an average of 15.3 points per game and the weather played a factor. If the Ravens can score 20 points in that game, they can drop 30 on the Bills. The Bills rank third over all in points allowed and third overall in yards allowed and it doesn’t matter. The Ravens have faced tough defenses. They scored 37 points against the Patriots, 45 against the Los Angeles Rams and 41 against the Houston Texans.

The Bills have a top five pass defense yet their run defense ranks out of the top 10. The Bills are giving up an average of 104.2 yards on the ground. I don’t think you need to be told that the Ravens churn out more with their ground game every single week.

The Bills won’t be able to stop the run. Mark Andrews and his fellow tight ends will have a big day catching the football and the Ravens will have their usual kind of game. This Bills’ defense is no better than the 49ers or Patriots units that Baltimore has already beaten. More importantly, their weakest part of their defense is their ability to stop the run. We’ve seen this movie before.

When the Ravens touch the field they know they can score 30 points on just about anybody. In their eight game winning streak, Baltimore has reached the 30 point threshold five times. Before facing the 49ers, the Ravens had scored over 40 points three games in a row. The offense will get back on track (Not that they were ever all that off of it), and a defensive score is possible as well. I’m not sure the Bills can keep up so give me a score of 35-24.
